Recently he founded a sports management company named markSport : Bringing the game of the sportsmen. The main function of the company is to endorse sportsmen, organising marketing and Ad campaigns for them. Field play sponsorship and Player Column for sportsmen. The company is working with emerging and young cricketers, footballers and kabaddi players of india.
He also founded a media production company named Vinayak Productions. Vinayak Productions helps young filmmakers to direct and produce short films, music videos and web series.
Aditya has directed and produced various short films in the past years & recently he directed and produced the short film 'Love is Pain' which was selected for the Lift-Off Film Festival, London.
His aim is to provide opportunities through his platforms to all the filmmakers and artists to showcase their talent and represent the talent of uncapped Athletes.
